What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an in-house leave administration role where I can apply FMLA/ADA expertise, ensure audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance, and deliver clear, timely decisions for employees while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume workflow.

I’m a leave and disability administration professional administering FMLA, ADA, short-term and long-term disability, and state statutory leave programs. In my current role, I manage leave decisions from intake through documentation review—always grounded in federal and state regulations.

I conduct eligibility determinations by reviewing medical documentation, employer policies, and regulatory requirements. I maintain audit-ready case files, meet regulatory deadlines, and ensure employees, employers, and medical providers receive clear, timely communication to support compliant outcomes. When documentation is incomplete or inconsistent, I initiate corrective follow-up actions while managing a high-volume caseload without sacrificing accuracy.

Before this, I served as an Administrative Assistant—Executive Support and Records Management at Keltech Information Systems. I supported executive leadership with confidential documentation, reporting, and records management, kept organized filing systems for contracts and operational documents, and coordinated cross-departmental communications to improve workflow efficiency.

I bring a regulatory-focused education (Master of Legal Studies with a Business Concentration, emphasis on regulatory compliance, employment law, and contracts) to practical, day-to-day leave administration. I’m seeking to contribute my expertise in leave administration and regulatory compliance in an in-house leave role where process rigor and clear communication matter.
