What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare support or ophthalmology role where I can use my remote patient support, scheduling, documentation, bilingual communication, and clinical workflow experience to help deliver efficient, HIPAA-compliant patient care.

I've supported ophthalmology practices including American Vision Group, Correct Vision Laser Institute, Eye Surgery Associates, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and Eye Centers of Florida.

Across 10+ years in ophthalmic care, I've managed patient intake, scheduling, bilingual English/Spanish communication, real-time physician documentation, diagnostic testing, and EMR/EHR records. I also assist physicians during minor ophthalmic procedures by preparing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting efficient patient care.
