I'm currently supporting patients and physicians at Optometric Speciality Group, where I maintain medical information in EMR systems, prepare patients for examinations, and document histories, medications, and clinical concerns.

I perform comprehensive eye exams that support early detection of glaucoma and macular degeneration, while providing clear instructions and reassurance throughout each visit.

During my clinical experience at Yale New Haven Hospital and LM Hospital, I assisted patients and technologists with scans, managed exam-related computer programs, and relayed information to local radiologists. I kept patient safety, communication, and team coordination at the center of my work.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. I work independently, adapt under unexpected circumstances, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment for patients and colleagues.
