I am a dedicated Higher Education Specialist and Coordinator with over six years of experience in managing and creating educational programs. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations, followed by a Master of Education in Adult Education: Instructional Design and Technology. This educational background has equipped me with the skills necessary to support students in their career development and academic pursuits.

In my current role as the Assistant Director of Career Services at the University of Richmond, I empower students by providing tailored career guidance and resources. I focus on helping them navigate the job market, develop strong resumes, and master interviewing skills. My previous experience as a Medical Education Coordinator at Virginia Commonwealth University allowed me to manage education programs for over 400 medical students, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and implementing improvements based on student feedback.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational experiences and fostering student success.
