I designed Governance Studio, a multi-model AI intelligence system that detects consequential technology changes, assesses their organisational significance, and turns them into decision-ready signals. Its workflows use separate models to research, draft, challenge, and audit outputs, with human review for consequential decisions.

At SOMETHING SOCIAL, which I founded and operated through January 2026, I built customer, community, and escalation operations for multinational organisations in regulated and high-volume environments. I also worked in strategy consulting at KAISER ASSOCIATES and technology integration at DELOITTE CONSULTING, translating research and business needs into practical findings and structured technology workflows.
