At Qoria, I lead the design, build, testing, and rollout of Cadence, a multi-tenant strategic-planning platform for OKRs, check-ins, and management reporting.
I designed an AI code governance framework with tiered pre-commit reviews, a 21-section PR standard, and CI guardrails that block unsafe changes while keeping a human in control of every merge. I also led an access-control audit that closed unprotected routes and admin and private-data bypasses.
At Qoria, I shipped Gemini-powered check-in drafting and a Contrado data integration with an automated historical backfill. I also led the rollout of an AI support chatbot across three regions and two channels, delivering approximately $400K AUD in ticket deflection and FTE savings over two years.
At EY, I worked on tax data engineering and analytics for ASX200 mining and oil and gas clients, including complex calculations, dashboards, and automation. At Accenture, I contributed to a position paper and business case for virtual, augmented, and mixed reality across the mining value chain.
