I’m a seasoned, detail-oriented administrative professional with over 25 years of experience in office management, customer service, bookkeeping, and executive support. In my current role as Operations Manager at Specialized Nursing Services, I manage office operations end-to-end—payroll, correspondence, filing systems, scheduling, and daily oversight—while developing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.

I bring a strong foundation across front-desk support, executive communications, and financial recordkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations. I’m especially effective with CRM systems and payroll/billing workflows, and I’m seeking a long-term opportunity in a professional environment where I can contribute to organizational success.
