What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a frontline, internal help desk role supporting a remote workforce.

At Sodexo, I worked inside a secure federal facility in McLean, followed strict security and procedural rules, and passed a federal background investigation. I also answered questions from customers and coworkers, helping keep service moving during busy periods.

I’m preparing for a frontline internal help desk role supporting a remote workforce. My training covers Tier 1 troubleshooting across macOS and Windows, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 fundamentals, and ServiceNow incident and ticketing workflows; I hold the Google IT Support and Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificates.
