At LaunchPouch.ai, I co-founded an AI-native flexible-packaging platform that connects product briefs and AI design to technical specifications, samples, factory-ready files, production, and delivery. In its first three months, the business reached US$10K in revenue, with 14 paid accounts.

I own go-to-market and operating execution across SEO, outbound sales, Shopify, customer conversion, supply-chain coordination, logistics, and product experience. I also built a low-MOQ digital-printing and scale-up gravure fulfillment network, delivering live CPG projects including a full packaging upgrade for an EU endurance-nutrition brand.

Before LaunchPouch.ai, I founded RocketCareer.ai, an AI career-navigation venture for students and early-career professionals. I translated customer discovery and paid career-advisory work into product requirements for a multi-agent AI career partner.

At Sumscope HK Limited, I led overseas product development for qeubee, a China bond information terminal, and turned feedback from 500+ institutional users into product functions. I also built an Asian USD bond SQL database covering 3,000+ issuers and Python web-scraping workflows for primary-market and credit data.
