I design and maintain secure SFTP and AWS file-ingestion pipelines using Lambda functions and PGP encryption workflows. I also lead capacity reviews with Database and DevOps teams, analyze logs and metrics to detect issues early, and improve monitoring configurations.
Previously, I provided Tier 2/3 platform support across application, infrastructure, authentication, API, and data-delivery issues. I monitored production services with Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, and PagerDuty while improving internal tooling, automation, and documentation.
I began by supporting 250+ employees as an Assistant Network Administrator, managing networks, servers, devices, security initiatives, and staff training. I bring hands-on experience across AWS, Python, incident management, ITSM, and HIPAA-aligned operations.
