I’m a self-starting senior systems engineer with 15+ years of experience managing and automating Windows and macOS endpoint environments at scale. I’ve served as an escalation point and technical mentor for support teams, helping strengthen incident response with automation, clear processes, and AI-assisted validation.
At Techvera (formerly Electric AI), I led a large-scale RMM migration from Kaseya VSA to NinjaOne across 15,000+ endpoints. I also created NinjaOne and Jira automation using REST API data to attach formatted reports to Jira tickets, improving triage speed without manual data collection.
Before that, I automated major portions of Windows and macOS endpoint and server management using PowerShell and Python, integrating RMM and MDM platforms into cohesive operational workflows via REST APIs and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. I’m deeply experienced with multi-platform endpoint management (Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune), application deployment (Installomator and WinGet), and building internal tools—like a Python automation that took a prototype to production in 2022 and reduced friction for engineering and support.
