What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead operations and teams, improve processes, work with marketing partners, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

I am an operations-focused salon leader with strong retail and customer-service experience, promoted rapidly from receptionist to Area Director overseeing multiple locations. I bring hands-on management of staff, vendor relationships, and day-to-day salon operations.

Over 4.5 years I advanced through roles that required adaptability, teamwork, and communication, ultimately managing about 40 employees across two salon locations and working with marketing vendors and influencers to drive sales.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and have been recognized academically (Cum Laude and Marshals honor). I am driven to improve operations, coach teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
