What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused team where I can lead, coach, and drive retail revenue. I want to manage operations with strong inventory control, excellent service, and clear growth opportunities for the right organization.

I’m an efficient, customer-orientated Retail Manager with 3+ years of experience, consistently maximizing revenues while increasing customer satisfaction. I take pride in leading teams, setting sales targets, and keeping operations running smoothly under pressure.

At AVEDA INSTITUTE, my responsibilities include training and motivating staff, handling customer inquiries, scheduling shifts, and implementing safety regulations. I also maintain and organize inventory, create attractive displays, and manage day-to-day merchandising with a proven record of exceeding expectations.

I’m especially proud of maintaining a <1% inventory shrinkage on an inventory range of 100k–200k, while continuing to support profitability through tight inventory control and accountability. Earlier salon experience added strength in business fundamentals like commission/booth rental operations and on-time payroll.

Beyond management, I served as a Cosmetology Instructor after completing 500 hours, earning titles including color coach and brand ambassador. I taught approximately 10–23 students at a time and now bring that training and mentorship mindset back into how I lead, coach, and develop customer-facing teams.
