At MediGroup Asia, Vietnam, I designed and standardized Zoho CRM workflows, reporting routines, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking for nationwide operations. I reviewed market, customer, pricing, pipeline, and team information to identify inconsistencies and support accurate decisions.

At Sysmex Vietnam Co Ltd, I led ISO 9001:2015-aligned process standardization and KPI-based performance management. I also reviewed operational and financial results to identify gaps, anomalies, and corrective actions.

My preparation for Vietnamese–English audio and AI data projects includes structured practice reviewing grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, naturalness, and contextual consistency. I’ve also compared source and target content for meaning preservation, terminology consistency, translation fidelity, and completeness.

I’m a native Vietnamese speaker with intermediate working English, and I’m comfortable reading short English scripts aloud with a clear, natural Vietnamese-accented delivery. I can follow recording instructions, work remotely with a laptop or phone microphone, and repeat recordings when quality or instructions require it.
