At Fabbi Holdings, I translated and localized technical documents between Japanese and Vietnamese, while reviewing documentation for clarity, terminology, and usability. I also interpreted client requirements for development teams and supported QA by checking test cases against those requirements.

In AI model conversation evaluation tasks, I compared two models against assigned scenarios and assessed audio quality, transcript quality, and conversational responses. I also evaluated whether responses were natural and appropriate to the context.

My training in audio transcription introduced me to listening to recorded speech and converting it into text according to project guidelines. I’m interested in AI training, speech data quality, and language technology.
