For three years I worked at Rox Hospitality, a hospitality-supplies wholesaler, growing from a warehouse role into running operations and business development. I led the implementation of Cin7 Core as the company's inventory management system. I also planned and delivered the expansion into a second warehouse, from the initial plan through to stock organisation and execution.

Seeing where manual work piled up led me into AI automation. I built an order-intake tool that reads messy customer orders arriving by email (PDFs, spreadsheets, even photos), uses the Claude API to extract the line items, and matches them against live Cin7 product and pricing data. Staff then review the result and import it as a clean file. I also build no-code workflows in Make.com, such as an AI-powered SOP generator with a one-click manager approval step.

I now work independently as an AI automation consultant, helping businesses remove repetitive admin without losing human oversight. I'm most useful where operations and technology meet: I learn how the work actually gets done, then build something reliable that fits it.
