AI Solutions Engineer who turns messy, manual operational work into working systems using LLMs, n8n automation, and SQL. Five years at a remote food-d
What I'm looking for
I’m a self-taught AI Solutions Engineer with five years of experience at a remote food-data startup, where I progressed through four promotions from an entry-level data curator to an engineering role focused on automation, LLM integration, and internal tools.
My strength is turning complex, repetitive, or inefficient business processes into practical systems that save time, improve quality, and help teams make better decisions. I combine hands-on technical skills in Python, SQL, n8n, Google Apps Script, APIs, and LLM integration with a strong understanding of operational workflows and business needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve built and delivered solutions with measurable business impact. I developed custom workflow automations and scripts that eliminated approximately 100 hours of manual work per week across teams. I also built a batch image-generation pipeline that replaced a repetitive copy-and-paste process previously handled by a team of 10, as well as an LLM evaluation tool that compares models and prompt versions to make improvements measurable and repeatable. Other projects include internal ticketing and task management systems, automated QA allocation, database-backed tools, and SQL-powered reporting dashboards.
Beyond implementation, I enjoy identifying the root cause of operational problems, translating ambiguous requirements into technical solutions, prioritizing work based on business impact, and taking ownership from initial investigation through delivery. I’ve also led teams of up to 30 people, managed a three-person technical team, developed SOPs and training programs, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve processes and quality standards.
I’m particularly interested in workflow automation, applied AI, LLM evaluation, data engineering, internal tools, and operational systems. I enjoy learning new technologies independently, experimenting with different approaches, and building solutions that are reliable and useful in real-world business environments rather than adopting technology simply because it is new.
I’m looking for international remote opportunities where I can combine technical problem-solving with business and operational thinking. My ideal role would allow me to build automation systems, integrate LLMs into existing workflows, improve internal processes, or develop tools that help teams work more efficiently. I’m open to engineering, automation, AI operations, technical solutions, and systems-focused roles, particularly in companies that value ownership, practical execution, and measurable results.
