With a diploma in Business Management and extensive experience in various administrative roles, I have developed strong skills in credit processing, office operations management, and customer service.

In my current role as a Branch Administrator at Nuka Africa, I am responsible for credit application processing, appraisal, and disbursements. I also manage the general office operations and portfolio management. Prior to this, I worked as a Receptionist/Customer Service representative at KK Group of Companies, where I developed strong relationships with customers and provided general customer service functions.

At Crenen Logistics, I served as an Administrator, handling transaction processing, petty cash management, and office supply procurement. I ensured that each customer received outstanding service and maintained an efficient administrative system.
