I lead end-user IT support and service operations at Ho Technical University for more than 10,000 students, 300+ staff, and around 420 faculty. I oversee device and system availability, functionality, and performance while supervising a five-person technical support team.

I've built a consistent support operation through osTicket incident logging, weekly service reporting, quarterly device maintenance, and examination-period computer lab coordination. I also coordinate staff training in MS Office, AI tools, LMS platforms, and enterprise applications.

Previously, I planned and implemented campus-wide network infrastructure, configured Cisco and Ubiquiti equipment, and administered VMware vSphere and Active Directory services. I delivered end-to-end IT service setup for a new university clinic site and deployed a thin-client solution for the university library.

With an MSc in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics and ITIL 5 Foundation training completed, I'm focused on bringing secure, well-governed service delivery and technical leadership to an IT Service Management role.
