At The S Group, I serve as the primary contact for assigned brand partners and manage seasonal programs from development through delivery. I coordinate production timelines across internal teams, factories, mills, and external partners.
At Bioworld, I allocated $160M in production orders in 2024 and negotiated vendor pricing and terms that resulted in over $8M in annual cost savings. I also managed global suppliers and conducted performance reviews and audits for licensor and industry compliance.
At Fifth Sun, I coordinated product development with overseas factories, reviewing samples and supporting production troubleshooting. At Bioworld, I also worked with design and licensing teams on graphic apparel collections that launched 1000+ SKUs annually.
