At Basic Resources Intimates, I lead sourcing and production strategy for a multi-brand portfolio, overseeing raw materials, vendor negotiations, costing, capacity planning, logistics, and delivery execution. I spearheaded the onboarding of Abercrombie and Champion, supporting successful launches and positive early sales momentum.

Previously, at The Children’s Place, I led global sourcing for three of the company’s top categories and managed a 10-person team alongside relationships with more than 70 vendors. I secured average year-over-year cost reductions of 15–20% while diversifying factory allocation, reducing dependence on China, and supporting safe labor practices.

At Win Brands Group, I established product lifecycle timelines and managed supply chains across Homesick Candles, Gravity Blankets, Qalo, and Love Your Melon. I helped lower Homesick candle costs by 20% on margins, identified shipping solutions for peak holiday availability, and supported partnerships with Disney, Bud Light, and MLB.

My foundation was built over more than a decade at Ann Inc., where I led product development and production across Lou & Grey, Ann Taylor, and Ann Taylor Factory. I’ve grown brands, negotiated material and garment savings, built global vendor relationships, and advanced recycled-material and sustainability efforts while protecting margins.
