At Tata Consultancy Services, I managed enterprise IT asset and access operations, supported privileged-access work using CyberArk, and trained new Service Desk analysts on ITIL procedures and troubleshooting. I also built a Python infrastructure-monitoring utility that collects system information, produces CSV reports, archives results, and sends completion notifications through the Telegram API.
