What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can own troubleshooting in SaaS operations, improve workflows with automation, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams—while growing through documentation, training, and measurable performance improvements.

I’m a support-minded operations professional with nearly two years of daily customer- and staff-facing work inside SaaS-based operational software—POS, inventory, and Salesforce CRM systems—in a high-volume, compliance-regulated Arizona dispensary.

I owned issues end to end: investigating system discrepancies to 100% database accuracy, testing and validating an automation fix before rolling it out, and writing the training materials and process documentation that made me the team’s go-to resource for platform questions.

I’m a self-starter who built an automation tool without being asked, flagged process improvements proactively, and was promoted three times in 12 months. I enjoy tracing problems to root cause rather than working around them, then documenting the workflow so others can succeed.

Beyond support, I also bring dashboarding and data-accuracy discipline from financial work using Python and SQL, plus ongoing networking fundamentals (CCNA in progress). I’m based in Glendale, AZ, and available for fully remote work.
