I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a concentration in Social Work and a Social Welfare Certificate. I've maintained a 3.96 cumulative GPA and earned Dean's List recognition in seven of eight semesters.
At Staples Print Department, I help customers solve design and printing needs while maintaining quality control and clear communication in person, by email, and by phone. I use Outlook, Publisher, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop to support organized print projects and troubleshooting.
My customer-facing experience at Dunkin' Donuts, Shaw's, and Chamberlain Farm & Pavilion has strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced settings, train employees, follow safety standards, and create welcoming environments. Through National Honor Society, I helped raise over 100 pounds of food and health products for people in need.
