What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can combine sales, collections, account retention, and team leadership to improve customer outcomes, grow accounts, and use performance data to strengthen service delivery.

I'm currently acquiring and onboarding forex and CFD trading clients at FTroyal (CMTRADING), guiding them from first contact and KYC through funded, trading-ready accounts. I build long-term relationships that support account funding and continued activity.

Previously, I led Mangostar Nigeria Limited's largest collections team—6 team leaders and 180+ agents—owning recovery, service, escalations, and partner coordination. Across financial services, I've managed high-volume accounts, achieved recovery rates above 75%, and turned client and performance data into practical improvements.
