As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I was focused on communication and employer branding and was responsible for create, plan and execute all recruitment marketing strategies (including paid and organic media, email communications, job descriptions, carreer pages, and more); manage and write social media content; amongst other tasks and projects.

My role was to coordinate Gupy Academy, a platform of HR courses — and one of the largest channels for demand generation and leads acceleration in the company. I've conceived, developed, scripted and fully produced all of Gupy Academy courses; created launching strategies and campaigns for each new course; produced, reviewed and proofread content; managed Gupy Academy's lead base journey; etc.

I worked at KOMUH as a content writer for clients' websites (institutional and corporate content, blog posts, etc.); SEO analyst (reviewing and updating content for better SEO performance); writer of relationship communication scales for different clients; social media manager and content writer; copywriter for ads and paid media in general; etc.

As manager, I monitored the entire production of content (such as blog posts, ebooks, infographics, whitepapers, etc.); managed the relationship of the internal team with the community of freelancers; managed the proofreaders team directly (their performance, goals and action plans); solved our clients' problems with content quality and strategy; proofread, tagged and reviewed content myself; etc.

Managed deadlines and the distribution of tasks for freelancer writers and proofreaders on our community; edited and reviewed all content delivered to customers; liaised directly with clients and the freelance community; proofread all content produced and delivered to our clients.

Copywriting for campaign content, creatives ads for Google and other paid media sources, email marketing, newsletters, websites and social media; help create and develop brand launch campaigns.
