I am a Senior Java Backend Engineer and Head of AI Department with over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend systems across fintech, telco, HR tech, edutech, and platform-based products. My technical core is Java and Spring Boot, with strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Throughout my career, I have worked in both hands-on engineering and leadership roles, including Senior Backend Engineer, SRE, Consultant, CTO, and Head of AI. I have led backend and platform teams, owned system architecture, and delivered mission-critical services used in production at scale. I am comfortable working in remote, hybrid, and fast-paced environments.

In recent years, I have been deeply involved in AI-driven automation, especially for HR and enterprise operations. As Head of AI Department, I lead the development of AI-powered HR platforms, including HR chatbots, automated job posting systems, CV screening and scoring engines, and workflow automation using tools such as n8n. My approach focuses on applying AI pragmatically to solve real business and operational problems.

Previously, I contributed significantly to payment and financial systems, including restaurant payment terminals integrated with global payment gateways, blockchain-based social fund platforms, and large-scale backend systems for telecom clients. I also have strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), CI/CD pipeline design (GitLab/GitHub), and production monitoring.

I am also a founder and former CTO, having built and launched multiple products from the ground up, such as ride-hailing and payment platforms, ERP systems, waste bank systems, and WhatsApp-based services. These experiences strengthened my ability to align business objectives with scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

My professional interests include backend and platform architecture, AI automation, system reliability, cloud-native technologies, and mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on with code. I am looking for opportunities where I can own complex backend systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-impact solutions as a senior engineer, tech lead, or principal-level contributor.
