I seek senior engineering or architecture roles where I can lead teams, design scalable systems, improve developer practices, and deliver customer-impacting solutions in a collaborative culture.

I am a software engineer and engineering manager focused on designing reliable, scalable backend systems and improving developer productivity. I blend hands-on engineering with architectural leadership to deliver high-quality products across regional teams.

Over my career I have led and mentored cross-cultural teams of engineers, owned services as a mini-CTO, and contributed to growth, engagement, and customer support platforms at scale. I prioritize good architecture, automation, and test-driven quality to reduce incidents and increase velocity.

I have deep experience with Go, distributed systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), cloud and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP), and observability practices. I also contribute to open-source Go tooling such as iface, gocognit, and gopkgs, and have worked across many stacks including Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, and React.
