WMS and Odoo ERP deployments for clients end to end: as-is versus to-be, exception handling, operator training, go-live, hypercare. Built my own inventory planning software — forecasting, safety stock with lead-time variability, ABC/XYZ, multi-warehouse replenishment — forecast quality measured by backtest: MAPE, WAPE and bias per SKU. Pre-revenue, my own. Also built software for a recycler.

On-site cutover from a custom WMS to Manhattan Associates on a 50,000+ SKU distribution centre, 20-person team, domestic and international dispatch. Diagnosed the constraint on the pick-pack-ship line by direct floor observation, worked with the technical team on location schema and wave strategy, and stayed through go-live and hypercare. Order processing time fell 20%, with no added headcount.

Owned the P&L of a USD 30M portfolio through 300% year-over-year growth, and built the operating procedures that let that volume land without the operation breaking. Led the automation programme that cut cost per order, and a data-driven inventory strategy that released roughly USD 5M of inventory cost. Introduced statistical demand forecasting to replace buffers that had been set on judgement.

Brought the cost base down across three sites and roughly 100 people, on a USD 15M operating budget, without losing picking accuracy. Led the Agile transition across those sites, and built the real-time operational reporting the sites planned against instead of waiting for a weekly pack.

Owned end-to-end supply chain for 200+ retail locations with a team of 15 planners. Built statistical forecasting and replenishment models that cut stockouts while holding inventory down - two goals that normally trade against each other. Automated the financial reporting the team had assembled by hand.

Analysed a USD 100M inventory position with a focus on working-capital efficiency. Built the cost-allocation models the business used to see where its operating expense actually sat. Ran inventory-accuracy programmes across the network.

Supported a WMS implementation and wrote procedures the floor could still run after go-live. Built cost-analysis models that identified roughly USD 2M in annual savings. Improved inventory turns through data-driven review of slow and obsolete stock.

Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, RMIT University, Melbourne. Also commenced an MSc in Supply Chain Management in 2023 with advanced standing; currently deferred.

Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics & Supply Chain at Duoc UC. This degree provided a comprehensive understanding of business operations, logistics, and supply chain management.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through ASCM. Certification lapsed in 2023.

Completed a Diploma of Project Management at Greenwich College, focusing on project planning, execution, and control. This program provided a strong foundation in managing complex projects and achieving strategic objectives.
