What I'm looking for

I'm looking to join a Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or applied AI research team.

At Amie Consulting S.L., I was the Software Engineering Lead and sole owner of the IT and software development area. I designed two web applications from scratch and maintained four others for industrial-sector clients.

I combined hands-on development with technical leadership for a team of up to four developers. I also took part in client requirements gathering and made technical and architectural decisions across projects.

For my master's thesis, “From Prediction to Interpretation: Interpretable Graph-Based Models for Predicting Protein-Ligand Affinities,” I retrained a dual-architecture graph neural network on a new dataset of protein-ligand complexes. Its performance was comparable to the state of the art.

I designed and implemented a SHAP-based interpretability framework for the thesis and validated its explanations with a fidelity metric. I'm looking to join a Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or applied AI research team.
