I am a management graduate currently pursuing my Master's degree in Management at the University of Zadar. Throughout my work experience, I have developed strong communication and customer service skills. As a Front Office Clerk at Avant car d.o.o., I assisted customers with rental inquiries and managed cash transactions, ensuring a smooth rental process. My role required attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with various departments to maintain vehicle availability, which I handled effectively.

In addition to my role at Avant car, I have experience as a Retail Associate at Sonik d.o.o. and as a Warehouse Assistant at Marijos d.o.o. These positions have further honed my organizational skills and my ability to work in fast-paced environments. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills in a dynamic organization that values growth and collaboration.
