I'm currently leading the end-to-end HR function for approximately 150 employees at Musgrave Group's O'Mahony SuperValu and Centra stores in Cork. I partner with senior management on practical, commercially sound people solutions while overseeing recruitment, payroll, L&D reporting, engagement and retention KPIs.
Previously, I resolved high-volume, high-risk employee relations cases across the UK and Ireland at OCS Group Ireland, including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers. I translated complex legal and compliance requirements into clear guidance for managers across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
At Peninsula Business Services, I advised a broad corporate client portfolio on HR and employment law matters, prepared clients for WRC hearings, audits and inspections, and developed compliant policies, documentation and training materials.
I've also supported the complete employee lifecycle in regulated healthcare and bring experience working in fast-paced, high-compliance environments. I speak fluent Romanian and English and volunteer in elderly visitation support and women's domestic violence services.
