At Mobiik – SAT Project (with Microsoft), I coordinated delivery of pre-production environments on Microsoft Azure, aligning Data, Infrastructure and Applications teams with Microsoft and the client. I also coordinated integration and validation of tax processes and tracked dependencies and blockers across applications, data platforms and infrastructure.
At CT Scanner, I led the implementation of Odoo (SaaS) to automate business processes, delivering a 20% operational improvement. I managed project planning and tracking, coordinated cloud data migration with the cybersecurity team, and facilitated Scrum ceremonies and workflow optimization.
