I’m a Certified Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst with over 9 years of experience delivering digital transformation in Government, Healthcare, Banking, Education, and Services. I lead requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, functional documentation, and process modeling (UML/BPMN) to turn business needs into executable delivery plans.
In my current role (Scrum Master / Business Analyst, JAN 2026–PRESENT), I facilitate Scrum ceremonies for a team of 8 and directly remove recurring impediments. I improved delivery performance by reducing sprint length from 15 to 13 iterations and shifting from late deliveries to on-time deliveries, while managing the product backlog in OpenProject and refining requirements through Miro sessions.
At Engine Core (SEP 2022–DEC 2025), I supported 3–4 simultaneous teams in the government sector and achieved 80–90% delivery predictability. I negotiated critical blockers, supported agile adoption for teams with different maturity levels, and guided continuous improvement using causal analysis and results-oriented retrospectives.
