I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation, strategic execution, and process-improvement initiatives where I can partner with senior leaders, build scalable reporting and governance, and deliver measurable operational impact.

I am a senior program management and business transformation leader with 15+ years of experience across Citibank, Intel, and Costa Rica’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Telecommunications. At Citi, I lead Agile initiatives involving executive scorecards, digital reporting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Finance, Risk, and Business. I have helped reduce executive reporting timelines by 10–14 business days and delivered more than eight reporting automations.

Previously, I led global process transformation at Intel, reducing cycle times from three to four weeks to approximately one week and identifying significant annual savings.

Alongside my corporate experience, I hold a degree in Marketing and advise companies across industries—including food and beverage, transportation, and technology—on strengthening their digital presence. I develop communication and digital strategies that clarify brand positioning, connect organizations with their target audiences, and translate business objectives into practical digital initiatives.

I hold an MBA, speak fluent English and native Spanish, and am based in Costa Rica.
