I also delivered a data and automation workstream that combined natural language generation with machine learning-based anomaly detection in a financial threshold model later adopted as an enterprise standard.
As Vice President, Global Regulatory Reporting Transformation, I led the enterprise Data Operating Model program across finance, technology, and data functions. I directed implementation of more than 5,000 data quality controls and built Tableau dashboards to track milestones and quality metrics.
As AVP, Finance Reporting Manager, I directed an 8-process insourcing program and automated more than 25 financial sub-processes. I owned budget, cost, and production accountability, led a team of up to 25 professionals, and achieved 12%+ annual cost savings through Lean Six Sigma-driven process redesign.
Earlier, at CONSULTORES MULTIDISCIPLINARIOS S.A., I built and presented financial feasibility studies that underpinned approximately $100M in secured construction financing across the engagement period.
