I'm looking for a role that helps me grow professionally and personally while contributing to organizational success. I value new challenges, continuous learning, technical problem-solving, and opportunities to build knowledge in data analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning.

I deliver Microsoft 365 support at Everty-One, Tek Experts, resolving Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint issues for business clients while owning tickets through resolution and SLA escalation.

I've also supported customers across phone, email, and chat, maintained hardware and software, and conducted research and troubleshooting to identify system solutions. With a Mathematics degree and an interest in data analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning, I bring clear communication, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to new challenges.
