What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a dynamic team, take on new challenges, expand my expertise, and support organizational goals.

I've supported customers at Tersea Morocco through live chat and email in English, resolving questions about orders, accounts, payments, and products.

I managed multiple conversations at once, maintained accurate CRM records, and performed basic troubleshooting for login, account, and payment issues.

During my internship with Regional Multiservices Company, I performed maintenance on drinking-water equipment and networks and contributed technical data analysis for performance studies and network optimization.
