At Eurostreet in Trento, I provide Arabic, French, and English linguistic-cultural mediation across healthcare, social, and public-service settings, helping professionals and service users communicate accurately across cultural and contextual differences.
I also supported multilingual service users at Centro Astalli and Kaleidoscopio, adapting explanations for different language and literacy needs while working sensitively with families, women, children, and adolescents.
Alongside my mediation work, I taught university English at Abou Bakr Belkaid University and am pursuing PhD research in English for Specific Purposes, specialised language, and English-language teaching.
