What I'm looking for

I seek a role focused on systems administration and automation where I can apply support, SQL/Excel reporting, and training skills while advancing in software development.

I am an IT Support Specialist and Systems Analyst with hands-on experience across technical support, systems administration, and data analysis, delivering user-focused solutions and clear documentation.

I have resolved hardware, software, and network incidents for corporate users, managed Active Directory and Office 365, and developed automated SQL and Excel reports that improved reporting accuracy and efficiency.

I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Software Development to expand my technical expertise and take on more complex systems and automation responsibilities, while continuing to train end-users and streamline support processes.
