What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a career in aviation security and contribute to a safe, secure, and professional airport environment.

At ISON BPO – MTN Rwanda Process, I handled customer calls about MTN products and services, followed service procedures, and escalated unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. I also prepared daily reports and maintained accurate documentation.

While studying Information Technology / Software Engineering at AUCA – Adventist University of Central Africa, Rwanda, I developed applications with Java and Spring Boot and built backend APIs with Python and FastAPI. I’m interested in building a career in aviation security and contributing to a safe, secure, and professional airport environment.
