At Wipro, I supported U.S. employees across payroll, 401(k), health and insurance, pre-tax and post-tax deductions, W-2/W-4 queries, timekeeping, Workday, and HRIS-supported workflows.

My experience at ShipBob, American Express, and Cognizant strengthened my ability to manage high-volume escalations, sensitive information, documentation, policy interpretation, quality, and SLA-driven operations. I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert at American Express within one year and have supported onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and performance improvement.

I use Gusto, QuickBooks, Wise, Xero, Workday, Oracle, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Salesforce, JIRA, and ServiceNow to keep operations accurate, visible, and on track. I enjoy leading teams, improving processes, and helping employees receive reliable support.
