What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote opportunity in technical support or document analysis.

At Sabesp, I provide first-level customer support by phone, chat, and internal systems, recording, categorizing, and tracking requests in a CRM through resolution.

I also review personal documents, deeds, powers of attorney, and corporate agreements for authenticity and compliance. My work includes identity validation by video call and electronic signature authentication via ITI (ICP-Brasil).

At Petz, I welcomed customers and helped identify suitable solutions. I also opened and followed up on helpdesk requests related to checkout and point-of-sale issues.

I hold Senac certificates in computer support and maintenance and computer network operations. I’m seeking fully remote opportunities in technical support or document analysis.
