What I'm looking for

I seek an administrative role where I can deliver organized, compassionate support, expand mortuary-service expertise, and contribute to a collaborative team with responsibilities in scheduling, client relations, and operations.

I'm a motivated, detail-oriented administrative professional with two years' experience supporting managers and staff in fast-paced environments. I combine strong organization, communication, and problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly.

I've supported scheduling, document preparation, invoicing, vendor and client communications, and maintained digital and physical filing systems while using Microsoft Office and business software. My background in retail customer service and running a small pet-care business sharpened my cash-handling, multi-line phone, inventory, and client-relations skills. I'm also experienced administering medications for animals and keeping meticulous records.

I'm currently completing an Associate of Applied Science in Mortuary Science and pursuing a Certificate in Thanatology to provide compassionate support to grieving families.
