What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise change and organizational effectiveness work that connects strategy to execution, strengthens leadership accountability, and drives sustained adoption across complex, fast-moving organizations.

I've led enterprise change and organizational effectiveness work at Slalom, UCSF, Future State, and Zanse Lane, helping organizations translate strategy into execution across biopharma, healthcare, technology, and public-sector environments.

At Slalom, I delivered change for Fortune 500 implementations affecting up to 40,000 employees, led Salesforce enablement after a multi-billion-dollar fintech merger, supported Microsoft Copilot adoption, and designed governance for McAfee's organizational redesign. I also led M&A change initiatives affecting 16,000+ employees and enabled collaboration technology adoption for 11,000+ users.

Through my executive coaching and organizational effectiveness practice, I've coached 25+ executives and senior leaders, built performance frameworks, and created accountability systems that connect strategic priorities to frontline execution. I'm a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and iPEC Certified Professional Coach.
