I am an IT Project Implementation Engineer with experience designing, deploying, and supporting LAN/WAN, VoIP, IPTV, CCTV and complex switching and routing environments. I have delivered project work across vendor and partner ecosystems, produced engineering proposals (BoM, network diagrams, purchase requests), and ensured timely, cost-effective implementations while documenting and organizing projects thoroughly.

Previously I coordinated field engineering teams, provided hands-on installation, configuration and troubleshooting for firewalls, routers, switches and radios, and offered multi-channel technical support including root-cause analysis and ticket management.
