What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SDR/AM-focused role where I can own pipeline, run discovery-led outreach, and partner cross-functionally to exceed quota—using strong CRM discipline, reporting, and consultative selling to accelerate growth across European markets.

I’m a Sales Development Representative at Amazon, recognized for consistently exceeding quota and driving revenue with high-impact outbound strategies and discovery-led, consultative client engagement.

In my current role, I’ve generated £81.7M in pipeline and repeatedly outperformed quota in 2025 (Q1: 154%, Q2: 113%, Q3: 119%, Q4: 139%). I also take on hybrid SDR/AM responsibilities—running demos, influencing deals, and converting leads into closed opportunities across SMB to Enterprise accounts.

I partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth: I’ve led onboarding and ramp-up for child accounts within a £3M enterprise deal, working closely with CS and AEs to drive early adoption and long-term expansion. I also own outbound sequencing and CRM strategy to streamline SDR performance and meeting generation.

Before Amazon, I delivered sustained performance across four consecutive quarters (avg. 122%), sourcing meetings that converted into £6.7M in closed-won revenue. I’ve also improved visibility and forecasting through an SDR reporting revamp, and I previously served as a UK point of contact for CRM management and user enablement.
