I am a medically qualified and management-trained healthcare professional with over 5 years of diverse experience across clinical research, medical affairs, healthcare operations, care supervision, and patient services in both the UK and international settings.

I began my career as a house officer after completing my MBBS, where I gained hands-on exposure across surgery, medicine, orthopaedics, and psychiatry. This clinical grounding laid the foundation for my transition into medical affairs, where I led strategic engagements with KOLs, conducted training programs, and supported multinational research activities as a medical science liaison and medical speciality manager.

After relocating to the UK, I broadened my scope in healthcare by stepping into leadership roles such as Field Care Supervisor and currently Assistant Manager in a neurological rehabilitation setting. These roles have honed my skills in care coordination, regulatory compliance (CQC), staff supervision, rostering, safeguarding, patient satisfaction, and administrative management — all within the UK healthcare system. I’ve successfully balanced both operational and clinical responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while managing multidisciplinary teams.

In parallel, I hold a Master’s in healthcare management, a postgraduate diploma, and certification as a clinical research professional, with a strong interest in applying my experience to roles in clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or project coordination.
