I’m an experienced Medical Scribe with 2 years of clinical documentation expertise across eCW, Elation, and Practice Fusion. I prepare and process compliant clinical documentation tailored to specific Medicare program guidelines, while keeping chart accuracy and documentation quality at the center of my work.

In my roles, I review and cross-reference ICD-10 diagnostic codes and billing codes within the assessment section, and I update EHRs with the correct diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, lab orders, and follow-up instructions. I also manage daily provider schedules—monitoring appointment flows, handling cancellations, and efficiently rescheduling patients to maximize clinic capacity.

I bring strong transcription and editing skills as well, transcribing physician-patient interactions and medical consultations and refining documents for clarity, consistency, grammar, and compliance with medical terminology standards. Now, I’m transitioning into a Virtual Medical Assistant role where I can streamline daily workflows, improve chart accuracy, and drive departmental success.
