I am an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management. My journey in human resources has equipped me with a diverse skill set, including recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management. I have successfully contributed to various HR initiatives, demonstrating my strategic acumen and commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture.

Currently, I serve as an HR Assistant at Telesonic Lanka, where I assist in recruitment processes, support new employee onboarding, and handle HR administration tasks. My role allows me to participate in training and development initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Trainee at the Bank of Ceylon, where I assisted customers and supported senior bankers in various administrative tasks.
